The social scene at Mooredale tends to be all things to everyone. From a quiet afternoon reading a book on the deck, to a romantic sunset sail to the Toronto Islands, or a rip roaring party after a day of racing in the best regatta of the Outer Harbour, Mooredale can be your quiet retreat in the city or a fun filled hub bustling with activity.
You will also find impromptu game nights, CANSail reunions, BBQs and may even enjoy moments of sharing a bowl of ice cream remembering Derrick Shenstone or any of our beloved members who left us far too soon. Be aware though that you will make friends with plenty of like minded individuals through your CANSail class experience, work parties, skill training sessions, destination sails, Wednesday night dinners and an array of other community events and regattas that will fill your social calendar.
Annual Community Club Crawl/Season Opening Party
Despite being overwhelmed by how many friends you will make and how friendly everyone is, the Annual Club Crawl is a meet and greet for new and old members of our club, as well as members of our neighbouring sailing clubs.
With themes, food, and drinks there is no better way to add a little interclub rivalry off the water! Don’t miss this one.
