Wednesday Night Paella Dinner

Appetizer:  Mediterranean Pesto Compote Dip with Garden Vegetable Crudites and crusty chips

Summer Season Calrose Paella with String Beans. Organic Green Peas and Rainbow Bell Peppers with Free Range Capon Seasoned with Egyptian Saffron and garnished with New Orleans Lemon

Premium Green Salad with Romaine Lettuce, Poached Spring Asparagus and Wild Purple Onion with a blend of Valencia Oranges, Roasted Balearic Pine Nuts and Aged Cordoba Sherry Vinegar and Olive Oil.

Dessert:  Peach or Mandarin Flambe in Jamaican Cinnamon Rum and Brazilian Vanilla Cream on Martinique Waffle.

Sign up by Monday. Come down to the club, go out for a sail, enjoy, and help with cleaning up.

Bring $20 cash and your own drinks.  Guests are welcome.
