Tim and Tom  will be cooking up an amazing dinner which includes:

Main: Slow roasted Mayan style pork (Cochinita Pibil) with traditional home made pickled onions, chilli salsa, tortillas, and more!

Dessert: Cinnamon-dusted grilled pineapple with ice cream
